At Bear, your baby's safety and your peace of mind come first.
If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
    • All accessories, manuals, and parts are included
    • Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Used baby care products
    • Items that have been opened, assembled, or used
    • Clearance or final sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working as intended, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the problem
    • We will offer a replacement or full refund

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at warrenty@bearappliance.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:
    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

The eligible product being returned must be in its original packaging. Any items without original packaging or with damaged packaging (providing that the product remains in “new" condition) upon inspection at our warehouse will incur a restocking fee of 15%. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied if your returned package(s) is dropped off at the carrier and shall apply for any product that does not meet the aforementioned requirements once the Products are inspected by Bear.

A restocking fee will be applied if the product is returned damaged. Our warehouse will inspect the product upon receipt, and as the customer is responsible for the safe return of the item, you will be liable for any damage that occurs during return shipment.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process.
