At Bear, we're committed to delivering your baby care products safely and efficiently. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses.
Please note:
We do not ship to U.S. territories
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit:

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist as quickly as possible
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
